2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after the required booking amount or advance payment has been received and acknowledged by [Business Name].
Availability of our services depends on the event date, location, requirements, and availability of materials and resources.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices will be communicated to the client before confirmation of the booking. Prices may vary depending on the selected décor, venue, event size, customization, materials, transportation, and setup requirements.
The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed timeframe. Additional services or changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges.
4. Customization & Design
We aim to deliver décor according to the agreed design, theme, colors, and requirements. However, slight variations may occur due to the availability of flowers, materials, lighting, seasonal products, or other practical considerations.
For customized décor, the final design will be based on the details approved by the client before the event.
5. Changes to the Booking
Any changes to the event date, venue, theme, guest requirements, or décor design should be communicated as early as possible.
Changes may be subject to availability and additional charges. Last-minute changes may not always be possible.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be communicated to us as soon as possible.
Any advance payment, booking fee, or cancellation charges will be handled according to the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking. Refund eligibility may depend on the time of cancellation and expenses already incurred for materials, customization, staffing, transportation, or other arrangements.
7. Event Setup & Dismantling
Our team will make reasonable efforts to complete the setup within the agreed schedule. The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue is accessible to our team at the agreed time.
Décor items provided by us remain our property unless specifically sold or transferred to the client.
8. Venue & Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for obtaining any required permission from the venue or event location for decoration and related activities.
The client must provide accurate event details, venue information, timings, and other necessary requirements. Any additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the client.
9. Damage or Loss
The client may be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement if décor items, props, equipment, or other materials provided by [Business Name] are intentionally or negligently damaged or lost during the event.
10. Photography & Promotional Use
With the client's permission, photographs or videos of completed décor may be used on our website, social media pages, portfolio, or other promotional materials.
Clients may inform us if they do not wish their event images to be used for promotional purposes.
11. Unforeseen Circumstances
We will make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed services. However, we will not be responsible for delays or inability to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue-related issues, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
Where possible, we will work with the client to find a suitable alternative arrangement.
12. Website Content
The images, designs, descriptions, logos, graphics, and other content displayed on our website are provided for general information and may be subject to change.
Actual décor may vary slightly from website images due to venue conditions, materials, lighting, availability, and customization.
13. Privacy
Any personal information provided through our website or during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
